SMART and the Coddingtown Mall Apartments wouldlove to have some creative ideas on how to design a shallow (24’ depth) live work unit on the northern side of the apartment carports as shown inthe first attachment.A cool designwould solve some problems, like ADA access,anarcade for extra SF, how would the encroachment over the sidewalk be solved? If we wanted to make it residential with stoops, what would happen tothedepth of the part of the unit that hadthe 3-4’ tall stoop? The units could park in a parking garage or other?The last jpeg showsthe overall circulation plan.
If any of your members/contestants would like to take on this challenge wewould appreciate any creative ideas.
